Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Kundalini Yoga or “Awareness Yoga” is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices. You will practice yoga science that incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. Be guided toward a greater experience of inner and outer wellness. Build physical vitality and increasing consciousness. You’ll gain awareness of your breath with every movement which, in turn, helps balance all aspects of your being. Build strength of will in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Practice specific asanas or postures to restore your body functions and the ability to manifest your right to be happy, healthy and holy. Give yourself the spiritual armor to survive all that modern living throws at us in our devotional classroom gatherings.

Wahe Guru Wednesdays
Take a journey to ecstatic bliss through pranayama, mantra, mudra, asana, and meditation. Let go in this class that often integrates ecstatic dance and free-form tribal flow dancing. Every class is an adventure into uplifting, melodic, and rejuvenating music. From kirtan to breakbeat to tribal house back down to kirtan right before a final gong sound bath, every chakra is cleansed and restored with new energy and life so that you can face each moment ahead with vigor, vitality, enthusiasm, and strength. Meditation for healing is taught and practiced with a focus on applying mulabandha to enter into the state of samadhi. Call and response chanting in Sanskrit and Gurmukhi incorporating the Japji Sahib and the Mul Mantra.
Beginning Vinyasa Flow
This is a slower paced Vinyasa Flow class that breaks down common asanas or poses used in more advanced classes. You'll learn proper alignment and breathing as well as modifications to build a strong foundation as you advance your practice.
Hatha Flow links together traditional hatha yoga poses to create a flowing sequence. You'll focus on your breath with each movement to help create a state of calmness in your mind and body. Your body will feel more open after stretching and twisting, but you'll also have the opportunity to work on your core strength throughout the practice. This class is a slower, gentler pace than Vinyasa Flow making a great choice if you are newer to yoga.
Underground Yoga Flow
Underground Yoga™ is a heart centered dance inspired yoga practice that strengthens and lengthens your body, grounds and calms your state of being and connects you to your higher self. It teaches you life principals on the mat to take out into the world and live more graciously, open and aware. It incorporates hypnotic music weaving all the traditional yoga asanas together with groovy moves and sequences. It threads your heart energy, breath, music and moving body together into a delicious moving meditation. Practicing Underground Yoga™ will boost your confidence, sharpen your focus and intuition, and raise your vibration!
Vinyasa flow is a vigorous style of yoga links breath and movement through a sequence of Sun Salutations and postures. While your body moves through this smooth, continuous flow, you will deepen your breathing, increase your physical endurance, and test the edge of your balance and flexibility. In this class, you will also learn the basic principles of yoga poses, yoga philosophy, relaxation, and breathing techniques. With regular practice of these sequences, you'll experience further opening of your body and breath.

Postnatal Mommy & Me Yoga
Dear Mamas! Come join in with or without your beautiful children. Sweat, strengthen and move your body in ways that release tension in the shoulders, hips and mind. Engage with your children and yourselves, giving yourself a little piece of solitude amongst the business that motherhood brings. Bring it all back together, your mind, body and spirit. Strengthen your core and find your new balance. Make new mama friends and watch your children light up as we engage them.
Prenatal yoga provides a mental and physical practice to support you throughout your pregnancy and prepare you for childbirth. You will learn safe, simple and effective exercises designed to strengthen and relax your rapidly changing body during one of the most special times in your life. This class is suitable for all levels whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogini. You are welcome to enjoy this more gentle class and support these beautiful mommies to be with your energy even if you are not pregnant.
Restorative Yoga & Meditation
Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming, therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to support the body as it eases into relaxation and balance. This is a great practice for managing stress, increasing flexibility and restoring the sole. This class is appropriate for all levels and students with physical limitations and injuries.
Ballet & Barre
A fountain of youth, medically endorsed workout series that utilizes light weights, your own body weight as resistance and a sequencing pattern to exhaust all your muscles to fatigue and then using orthopedic and fascial stretches and visualization principles and meditation to revolutionize strength, flexibility and tension release in your body.
Core de Ballet
Core de Ballet has been inspired by the intrinsic connection of ballet and fitness. In the ballet world, the “corps de ballet” means the ensemble of ballet dancers, the “body” of ballet. Sadie has created a class where you are lead through basic ballet steps and techniques that sculpt long defined muscle tone. The class also includes powerful core exercises and effective stretches. Core de Ballet is designed to inspire passion and courage while experiencing the empowerment of movement to music. This class is taken barefoot and will last 55 minutes.
This class is a fun, challenging, well balanced blend of vinyasa flow and barre exercises designed to strengthen and lengthen the muscles. The yoga flow is thoughtfully put together to open and warm up the body for the integration of intense, isometric, barre exercises designed to fatigue the muscles. The cool down is a combination of yoga poses and barre stretches that will allow the body to find that glorious, sweet, surrender, while lengthening the muscles. Class comes to an end in svasana meditation, allowing the mind, body, and spirit to unite, feeling whole and energetically nourished. You will leave floating on marshmallow clouds while feeling absolute pride and accomplishment for the hard work you have done in this one hour fifteen minute class. Please make sure you arrive on time so you are properly warmed up for the intense exercises. The instructor may not permit you to join late for your safety.
Aerial Yoga Antigravity Fundamentals
An hour long semi-private class suitable for those who are new to AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga. This class is designed to familiarize clients with the Antigravity® Hammock, and how to utilize the hammock to derive the optimal benefits you seek. You’ll experience a full aerial yoga practice while learning terms, understanding hand grips, experiencing energizing poses, and acclimating into inversions with confidence. Suggested Clothing: Students are encouraged to practice in yoga pants or capris, and short-sleeved or long-sleeved shirts (highly recommended for your comfort). Avoid any jewelry, zippers or sharp objects. Please come with your natural beauty (no makeup) because you are lovely the way you are and keeps our hammocks in good condition. Skip this class if you have vertigo, recent surgery, glaucoma, very high or low blood pressure, are pregnant or weigh over 250 lbs. We’ve got plenty of other great classes for you to try!
