All of our classes work in series to personalize your approach toward body transformation and to connect with yourself on a deeper level. See below for descriptions:

Kundalini & Meditation
Gurus Glow Yoga Kundalini Yoga or “Awareness Yoga” is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices. This yoga style is a Yoga Science that incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. Each class will draw from a pool of beginning yoga sequences including meditations to guide students toward a greater experience of inner and outer wellness, building physical vitality and increasing consciousness.Kundalini Yoga brings awareness of the breath to every movement. This in turn, helps balance all aspects of one’s being. Kundalini Yoga classes are designed to build strength of will in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Specific Asanas or postures will focus on restoration of body functions and the ability to manifest your right to be happy, healthy and holy. Give yourself the spiritual armor to survive all that Modern living throws at us in our devotional classroom gatherings.
The Barre Physique T Series Workouts
Gurus Glow Yoga A fountain of youth, medically endorsed workout series that utilizes light weights, your own body weight as resistance and a sequencing pattern to exhaust all the muscles to fatigue and then using orthopedic and facial stretches and visualization principles and meditation to revolutionize strength, flexibility and tension release in the body.
Restorative Yoga Bliss
Gurus Glow Yoga Gently move the body and restore the mind in this blissful all levels yoga class. This class will leave you feeling balanced and connected as you explore healing breathing techniques in conjunction with simple, yet effective yoga poses ending with a deep relaxation.
Yin/Restorative Yoga
Gurus Glow Yoga Candle Light Yin/Restorative Yoga class is a powerful practice which targets tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Each posture during a Yin/Restorative Yoga class is held for long periods of time to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues, leaving the yogi with an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace. A Yin/Restorative Yoga class is the perfect antidote to stress and a great counter balance to more active styles of yoga. Yin/Restorative Yoga classes involve a relaxed practice of floor postures that are held from three to five minutes at a time. There are far fewer postures or asanas in the yin style of yoga as are found in more active styles. Although Yin/Restorative Yoga is a more passive practice it can be quite challenging due to the length of time postures are held. This Yin/Restorative Yoga class is open to all levels of students and is a perfect complement to a more yang or more active style of yoga such as Vinyasa Power Flow. Class ends with a healing gong meditation.
Vinyasa Flow
Gurus Glow Yoga Vinyasa flow is a vigorous style of yoga links breath and movement through a sequence of Sun Salutations and postures. The smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility. The class meets once a week and introduces the basic principles of yoga poses, yoga philosophy, relaxation, and breathing techniques. This class presents sequences for further opening body and breath, as each student is coached to the next level of awareness in their practice.
Connect & Flow
Gurus Glow Yoga A dynamic & balanced class that connects breath with movement in a flowing sequence of postures. Modifications and adjustments are offered so that the beginner to intermediate student feels supported and challenged. Each class is designed using specific sequences, mediation/pranayama, inspiring music and spiritual themes to inspire new levels of growth. awareness, & discovery. (All Levels)
Yoga Rx-Therapeutic Flow
Gurus Glow Yoga Unwind tension in the body and mind as you strengthen & develop flexibility with flowing therapeutic yoga sequences. Emphasis will be on lengthening & linking the breath with mindful movement to support better overall well-being. Monday night includes light meditation to set the tone for a great week.
Pre & Post Natal Yoga
Gurus Glow Yoga Pregnancy is one of the most special times in a woman’s life. These unique Pre & Post natal Yoga Classes provide safe, simple and effective exercises designed to strengthen and relax your rapidly changing body, preparing you for a conscious childbirth.
Parent & Me
Gurus Glow Yoga Motherhood and Fatherhood is such a precious gift. Bring your children (up to 3 years old) and join other families as you and your baby exercise, relax, dance and rejoice together! Yoga is an excellent way for a mother to get back into shape quickly, and dads to stay in shape – and to meet other new parents. As your children stay right by your side, you will move, breath dance, stretch and strengthen. The children will then join you for their turn with movement, coordinated with songs, dancing and brain development exercises. This time together is so much fun, and creates a great sense of community with other families. Our little ones are our tomorrow, our future. These classes provide an opportunity for all to come together in an atmosphere that is joyful, setting the foundation for bright minds. Together we are creating a new world!
Beach Body Yoga Flow
Gurus Glow Yoga Hit the beach this summer for the perfect combination of Vinyasa Flow movement and breath to fun music. Come play on the beach while getting an amazing workout. Check in required at front desk. Bring a beach towel or yoga mat. NOTE: If the weather is cold we will have class in the studio.
Sattva Yoga
Gurus Glow Yoga A Sattva Yoga class is a journey into the Self. Using asana, meditation, pranayama, kriya, wisdom, and free movement, Sattva journeys create energetic shifts in body, mind, and spirit.
