​gurus gate YOGA offers a variety of yoga classes to help re-shape your body, find peace of mind and enlighten your soul.

Barre Physique
A fountain of youth, medically endorsed workout series that utilizes light weights, your own body weight as resistance and a sequencing pattern to exhaust all the muscles to fatigue and then using orthopedic and facial stretches and visualization principles and meditation to revolutionize strength, flexibility and tension release in the body.

Candlelight Yin/Restorative Yoga
Yin Yoga Gently stretches the connective tissues, targeting the hips, pelvis and lower spine in a simple practice, appropriate for all ages, levels of fitness and flexibility. Yin Yoga also engages the mind in focused meditation and contemplation of classical Eastern wisdom teachings.

Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow links together traditional Hatha Yoga poses to create a flowing sequence.  There is an emphasis on breathing with each movement.  Each class ends with a meditation. 

Kundalini Organ Detox
This class offers Kundalini yoga specific to your organs; including breath work and meditation. Each month we will focus on a different organ i.e. liver, kidneys, lungs, etc. With practice in this class, you will develop a deep connection within your body. You will learn the physical and energetic function of these organs, what foods to eat to vitalize and recharge these organs, as well as which emotional upsets and dis-eases are related to the specific organ. Many of us do not stop and think of the many functions our organs perform for us and how they contribute to our health and vitality. With greater understanding, connection, cleansing, and prevention, you will feel a great sense of gratitude for your body and have a consistent and natural energetic flow attributing to your overall health and well being.

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Kundalini Yoga or “Awareness Yoga” is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices. This yoga style is a Yoga Science that incorporates movement, dynamic breathing​​ techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. Each class will draw from a pool of beginning yoga sequences including meditations to guide students toward a greater experience of inner and outer wellness, building physical vitality and increasing consciousness.Kundalini Yoga brings awareness of the breath to every movement. This in turn, helps balance all aspects of one’s being. Kundalini Yoga classes are designed to build strength of will in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Specific Asanas or postures will focus on restoration of body functions and the ability to manifest your right to be happy, healthy and holy. Give yourself the spiritual armor to survive all that Modern living throws at us in our devotional classroom gatherings.

Parent & Me
Motherhood and Fatherhood is such a precious gift. Bring your children (up to 3 years old) and join other families as you and your baby exercise, relax, dance and rejoice together! Yoga is an excellent way for a mother to get back into shape quickly, and dads to stay in shape – and to meet other new parents. As your children stay right by your side, you will move, breath dance, stretch and strengthen. The children will then join you for their turn with movement, coordinated with songs, dancing and brain development exercises. This time together is so much fun, and creates a great sense of community with other families. Our little ones are our tomorrow, our future. These classes provide an opportunity for all to come together in an atmosphere that is joyful, setting the foundation for bright minds. Together we are creating a new world!

Pre & Post Natal Yoga
Pregnancy is one of the most special times in a woman’s life. These unique Pre & Post natal Yoga Classes provide safe, simple and effective exercises designed to strengthen and relax your rapidly changing body, preparing you for a conscious childbirth.

Restorative Yoga and Meditation
A gentle fusion of different yoga teachings, this class includes kundalini spinal warm ups, gentle and rehabilitating poses, iyengar stretches, infused with relaxed pranayama, and the hands on adjustments and massages during relaxation. This class format is ideal for anyone who finds yoga too fast-paced or challenging, for people recovering from injuries, or simply for people who have had a busy day and just want to unwind and relax without much effort or excercise yet enjoy the bliss of yoga.

Rise and Shine Flow
Get refreshed and start your day with Rise and Shine Flow where we salute the sun, stretch our limbs and awaken the mind, body and spirit. Greet the day with a clear intention and gratitude. This heart-opening flow practice incorporates sun salutations, hip openers, back-bends, and inversions. All levels welcome.

Therapeutic Flow
This therapeutic flow class incorporates foundational yoga poses and stretches into a gentle flowing sequence.  All levels are welcome.  This class is perfect for those new to yoga, individuals working with health issues, or seasoned yogis looking to slow down and focus on form.  Appropriate modifications will be provided as well as deep relaxation and light meditation. 

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa flow is a vigorous style of yoga links breath and movement through a sequence of Sun Salutations and postures. The smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility. The class meets once a week and introduces the basic principles of yoga poses, yoga philosophy, relaxation, and breathing techniques. This class presents sequences for further opening body and breath, as each student is coached to the next level of awareness in their practice.
