Access our current class schedule, read class descriptions, meet your instructors, purchase class packages, series, and memberships, and sign-up for classes and workshops.

Dress Appropriately
Wear comfortable clothing which allows for freedom of movement. Layers help to account for temperature changes during and after class. All classes are done barefoot.

Arrive 10 to 15 Minutes Early
Always check in at the front desk downstairs – even if you made an online reservation.

Practice on an Empty Stomach
Avoid eating two hours prior to yoga classes. If you need some quick energy, fruit or juice would be okay before class. Drink plenty of water. We offer complimentary tea and Kagan water at the Front Desk area, as well as offer a variety of beverages for sale.

Purchase a Yoga Mat
Having your own mat supports your commitment to your practice and ensures its cleanliness. Mats are available for both rental and purchase at the studio.

Practice Often
Practicing three to five times per week is recommended for rapidly building a strong practice.  Practicing one to two times a week will accomplish this goal, just over a longer period of time.

Support Your Practice
Support your practice by taking a private yoga lesson. Spend an hour with an expert instructor to receive specific attention tailored to your personal needs before you begin group classes or in addition to your group classes.

Ask For Guidance
As you build your practice, connect with your instructors through discussion around your practice. We are here to support you on your path.
